SCALE was designed to bridge the gap in system change knowledge for our lived experience partners in child serving systems. Too often, these partners are invited to the table without a full understanding of the complexities and dynamics of systems change. We envision SCALE as a foundational resource that provides history, personal leadership development, and systems change insights, empowering leaders to engage more effectively in transformation efforts. By fostering a shared understanding between systems leaders and lived experience partners, SCALE strengthens collaboration and impact.
